How to activate DND Service?

To activate DND, call 1909 from your mobile phone, or you can also activate DND service by sending SMS to 1909.

Full DND Activate

If you want that no calls or messages of any kind come on your phone, then you can adopt this method,

By which, Full DND will be activated on your number, and all unwanted calls and messages will stop coming.

Go to the Message Box and type START 0 and send it to 1909.

Partially DND Activate

With the help of the steps given below, you can stop promotional calls and messages of any one category from coming to your number.

For Banking, Insurance, Financial Products, Credit Card, write START 1 and send it to 1909.
For Real State, write START 2 and send it to 1909.
For Education, write START 3 and send it to 1909.
For Health, write START 4 and send it to 1909.
For consumer goods and automobile, write START 5 and send it to 1909.
For Communication, Broadcasting, Entertainment, write START 6 and send it to 1909.
For Tourism, write START 7 and send it to 1909.

Some special things about DND service!

There are some special things about Do Not Disturb, which should always be kept in mind.

Calls or messages on 1909 are absolutely free, there is no charge for this.
It takes 7 days for DND to be activated.
DND service never blocks Bank SMS Alerts, Bank Communications, Online Bookings, Third Party Personal Calling.
After activating DND once, if you want to activate it again, then there must be a gap of 3 months.

Airtel DND:

Step 1. First of all visit Airtel DND page.
Step 2. Enter your Airtel number here and click on Get one time password (OTP).
Step 3. After that, click on Stop All and then click on the Submit button.

Jio DND:

Step 1. If my Jio app is not installed on your phone, then install it.
Step 2. Now you have to open my Jio app and go to settings and there you have to click on service settings.
Step 3. Now you can stop promotional SMS and calls by clicking on do not disturb or by activating DND service at your convenience.

Vi DND:

First of all open Vi App.
Then go to My Account.
There, you will click on do not disturb. (DND)
Now you will get 3 options there, click on any of them and then click on Activate below.
